FRUX was founded by Cecilia Amador, an executive with more than 15 years of experience leading commercial, technical, and supply initiatives in the global fresh produce industry, at companies with operations in the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union, Latin America, and Asia. A consistent track record of measurable results in organizations of international scale such as Tesco PLC and Camposol.
Throughout her career, Cecilia has cultivated a combination that is rare in the industry:
- Technical expertise: production, quality, postharvest, and processes along the supply chain.
- Commercial expertise: market development, negotiation, and management of relationships with domestic and international customers.
- A network of industry players and specialists across agro-exports and the produce industry, in Peru and around the world.
Her passion has always been the same: helping people and companies, and connecting them with the specialists who can solve their problems.
FRUX was born as the vehicle to make that happen: a consultancy serving the industry's diverse needs — from recruitment and selection to technical and commercial management, sourcing, and the implementation of new technologies along the supply chain.
